Q. How long does it take to hand make a wedding dress?
A. To complete hand make a wedding dress it takes 2 – 6 weeks.
Q. How much does a wedding dress cost?
A. Our wedding dresses cost between $250 CAD and $750 CAD depending on the design, material, and details.
Q. Can I choose the material?
A. Of course you can choose both the material and the color.
Q. Do you make suits and bridesmaid dresses?
A. Yes, we can custom make clothing for your entire wedding.
Q. Do you sell to retailers?
A. Yes and in most cases we offer discounts.
Q. How do you ship the wedding dress?
A. Your dress will always be shipped by First Class Airmail and arrive within 7 – 14 business days anywhere in the world.
Q. Fitting and measurement tips.
A. Corset and lace-up back style dresses provide an adjustable fit and are an excellent choice if you’re between sizes.
Bust and waist measurements are more important than hip measurements for full A-line or ball gown style dresses.
It’s easier to alter a dress to fit smaller than to make it fit larger. Any formal dress may need alterations to get a perfect fit.
Q. Returns
A. Each and every wedding dress we design is tailored to match your exact measurements. Therefore we do not accept returns, we have no inventory and each wedding dress is hand made when the order is received.
Q. Refunds
A. If the designer has NOT started your wedding dress
- You made a payment and found a different dress (refund possible)
- If you haven’t submitted your measurements (refund possible)
A. Once the designer has started your wedding dress there are no refunds. At this point you have paid and sent measurements, when you send measurements we purchase materials and begin hand making your wedding dress. We do not offer refunds at this point because each and every wedding dress is tailored to match your exact measurements and we are unable to reclaim the material or resell the dress.
Q. What currency do you use?
A. All of our prices are in Canadian Currency.
Q. What about custom fees or taxes?
It is unlikely you will be charged custom fees. About 1 in 100 orders pay a custom fee. This seems to be random and we have no control over customs officials and cannot be responsible for any custom fees. We encourage anyone who has been charged a custom fee to let us know so we can keep customer informed.

Your wedding dress is hand made in China by professional wedding dress designers.
